Refund and Returns Policy

At ruvae, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, in the rare event that you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policies below:

Returns & Refunds

• Customers must notify us of any return requests within 2 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• For orders that were delivered with Free Delivery, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Once approved, the refund will be transferred within 5 working days of receiving the returned product at our end.
• Please allow a total of 3–5 working days for the full refund process to complete.

📞 To initiate a return or refund, please call us at the number provided on your invoice or contact page. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item, you must notify us within 2 day of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability of size and color.

The item must be returned in pristine condition before an exchange is approved.

Customers will bear the shipping cost for exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping Conditions

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders above ৳2000.

For orders below ৳2000, a standard delivery charge applies.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days (within Bangladesh).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

Customers are requested to double-check delivery address and contact details before confirming the order.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that fails to meet the conditions above.
